We can advise you as to who has conducted funerals at Dale Hill and therefore aware of the ethos of natural burial. We are not able to make recommendations as everyones requirements and situations are unique personal.

Do we have to use a funeral director?

The answer is no, there is no legal requirement to use a funeral director, however your loved one will need to be cared for between the time of death until the funeral and legal forms must be obtained before burial can be made. There are practical considerations...

Are we allowed to bring flowers?

Yes, as long as the family haven’t requested “no flowers” or “family flowers only”. Cut flowers only. Please no plastic wrapping and see our terms and conditions above.

Can we bring the family dog?

Whilst dogs are welcome, they MUST be on a lead at all times even in the car park. NO dog fouling. Please ensure you have bags with you and that you clear up after your dog.
